A retail construction expert, Jason started his career in 1992. He has designed, developed and constructed over one thousand stores for many of the world’s best-known brands. Jason and his team believe the client is a partner in the process and never just a file number.

In 1994 Jason founded Seabury Enterprises, LLC on the principles of customer service, results and integrity.  In 2008,  Mr. Asbury founded RETCom Construction and since then has worked with major retailers, numerous commercial projects from shopping centers as well as multi unit housing. The common thread throughout every project is a commitment to exceed customer expectations.

Marcy runs a smooth operation, is a graduate of Rutgers University and has been with our company since inception. Her responsibilities include payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, as well as paperwork needed for clients and subs. Marcy also assists with marketing, estimating and making sure all clients needs are met.

Motivated to get it done, Nick has 6 years experience in building and building supply. Nicholas is a graduate of the University of Florida and has extensive experience in sales, project management, customer relations and marketing. Nick has worked in the contractor supply business for five years and joined RETCOM Construction building operations in 2010. Under Nick, RETCOM Construction has added clients such as Not Your Daughter’s Jeans, The U.S. Polo Association, Rocawear, Marimekko, The Shopping Center Group and various smaller local retailers.
